    Who wins?

personally i think the duke overcomes a difficult 3-4 rds and actually stops aj in good fashion.

He didn't have the greatest of defenses, and his chin was more suspect than AJ's. If you're the smaller guy against AJ, you need to have a good chin, a decent defense and you need to be able to take punishment. That's why Joshua had a hard time against takam. Tommy doesn't have that durability. I think Joshua beats him comfortably by TKO.

I mean, klitschko didn't have the best of chins either, but he had a great defense, and he's got amazing movement, very illusive.

Perfect thread to show how much ppl don't know what their talking about ( not the thread itself )

Had Joshua been in the 90's and with similar career Morrison had or the same and Morrison was in this one you guys would be complaining how Morrison remotely defeats a bigger better fighter and not see it realistic at all just like if you switched other era fighters and swapped them.

And Joshua hasn't lost yet, while Morrison been on the deck a lot but you would still take Joshua if roles were reversed and call Morrison the Olympic champion the hype job.... Lol

Morrison would have to get by someone who's faster and more sound all around . Coupled with the fact he actually did have bad stamina so another pressure fighter would zap his stamina even quicker who also exells early rounds.

Morrison beats many boxers head to head, Joshua who will arguably surpass everyone isn't one of them. The closest thing about these two are the punch impacts themselves.

Do a Morrison vs Frazier match and then Morrison can't possibly compete? He beats the 250 AJ though in a mismatch??

And Joshua hasn't been decked? And Joshua doesn't have MAJOR stamina issues? Joshua is supposedly so skilled and yet he has no Idea about proper pacing and repeatedly uses the wrong punches in the wrong situations, he only gets away with it because the competition he's faced doesn't have a clue about counters and timing. The only reason Joshua hasn't lost because the competition he's faced is beyond weak. Their are no R.Mercer's or L.Lewis's on his record. Or anyone remotely close to their ability . Could Joshua beat Morrison? Sure he could, Their was nothing great about Morrison outside that left hook. But it wouldn't surprise me one bit Morrison landed that left hook and knocked his ass out cold.

They performance Tommy gave against Foreman could be too much for Joshua. Lets see if Joshua gets his weigh down to a more functional level because he's too slow and sluggish at 255.
I reckon Wilder would have rearranged that version of AJ , Duke would have pasted him out.

I think AJ stops Morrison. He hit hard enough to shatter Morrison's chin while the most I can say is that Morrison perhaps drops AJ. I think AJ has the boxing skill and power to replicate Lewis performance over Morrison as AJ has good technical ability and quick hands for a big man and good KO power.

No way could Tommy outbox AJ on the outside with that reach and hand speed, Takam was far better than Morrison defensively and would have outboxed the old slow Foreman better than Tommy did.

No way Steward rated that performance a B+ but that things would get better, AJ would have beaten that version of Lewis.

The Mercer that beat Tommy was awful he even got outpointed by an old Holmes! Wlad`s timing and counters were far better than Tommy`s even at 41.

Tommy was a faster hitter than AJ and no , Tackam would not beat Foreman.

He was better defensively than Morrsion because that is ALL did against Joshua. He went full defensive mode and it cost him losing every round. He'd lose every round to Foreman too boxing the same way.
