Tommy Morrison would be over 220lbs in most fights, but if he toned down on the ‘modern nutrition’ and came in at like 212lbs or something, I see Quarry handling him.

Better stamina and chin. Morrison would come out, first few rounds would be wild and unpredictable, but Quarry could certainly catch him coming in too.

After around the 4th round, Morrison becomes a sitting duck for Quarry and it’s only a matter of time before he gets the stoppage.

    Morrison.

Surprise type outcome. But I think Jerry does his dumb stuff in there---outslug Frazier. Outpoint Ali.Outbox Ellis.

So he goes out trading lefthooks and gets busted up or hurt badly and loses via tko. But trading early instead of letting the bout get to the later rounds & taking over. Instead he goes toe to toe and provides Morrision with his best chance for victory.

So a bout where the Quarry corner is furious at his disregard for their plans they worked on for 6 weeks--he goes out and fights the wrong fight. Early...when the other guy is at his best.
