Who wins this epic bout? 'The Duke' or 'The Sniper'.

I've always been partial to a Sanders win here. I think his long straight left is faster and more accurate than Tommy's left hook. Sanders really only got blasted out once in his career, whereas Morrison's chin is a known liability. That said, you never really know when it comes to huge hitters like Tommy. They have the guns to turn a match on a single punch.

Round 1 Kds. Morrison down twice.
Round 2 kds Morrison down once.
Round 3 No kds, both men hurt and tired.
Round 4 Tommy down early again. Sanders caught coming in and suffers first Kd.
Round 5.Morrison, cut and battered throws a wild left hook that drops Sanders heavily. Staggers up by 8 where the ref grabs him and waves it over.
Both men claim never to have being hit so hard.

Sanders was slightly better imo. I don't see Tommy absorbing what he dished out to Rahman.

If Tommy fought smart like he did against Foreman he has a shot but I think Sanders was too fast and dangerous early ..

I actually think Corrie was a better boxer than Tommy, IF he was in shape. Tommy had a hard time with Purrity and Hipp. Tommy would have a better chance going for the KO. 60/40 fight favouring Sanders imo

He was .. I just feel Morrison was very cautious and strategic against Foreman opposed to the stupid fight he fought against say Bentt ..

Sanders ko1. Morrison would have no defense for the straight left.

Tommy was able to get away with that tactic because George had zero mobility. He was a statue. There's a reason he was never able to replicate that approach against any other opponent. Younger guys would close the distance and gas him. Sanders was athletic and would attack and catch Tommy. Trying his Foreman approach would only hurry along the inevitable.

Maybe , maybe not .. Sanders was poorly conditioned and tended to fade ..Rachman never had a terrific chin and survived to stop Sanders .. Morrison only lost three times .. he was cocky and foolish and got caught buy Mercer after fighting four brilliant rounds .. he was moronic and walked into Bentt and lost to an exceptional Lewis .. he had more decent wines than Sanders and showed more heart than Sanders in tough fights ..

    Reaching.
Sanders was well coordinated (The Sniper?) and Rahman's chin was leagues better than Morrison's (See Tua fights). It's also questionable if Sanders was at his best for Rahman since he was inactive and a few years into his 30s.
