A bit of a gamble I know both have average chins and ridiculous power, Tommy known for his Left hook, shavers for his right looping overhand and right cross/ being the hardest puncher ever in general.

Also was Tommy the hardest hitting (total power not p4p) white heavyweight ever?

Pick 'em fight in my opinion. Shavers could lose to lesser fighters, but then again, Morrison got blasted out by Bentt in one round, whilst being in his prime. Two big punchers who had limited durability. It all comes down to which one gets the other in trouble first, and weather or not they could finish the job.

Morrison had the ability to fight off the backfoot when he had to, such as against Foreman. Shavers never displayed that ability. Ultimately, the winner is the fighter who can hurt the other first, and finish the job (another thing Shavers lacked, considering his rep). I wouldn't bet on either man, but I'd lean towards Tommy. He generally picked his shots better and had the much quicker hands. The chances of his landing his left before Shavers landed his right are better, I think.

Morrison gets underrated alot, Morrison is technically better, faster and put his punches togethor much more effectivley he also doesn't loop them like Earnie they are tight, short, precise combinations. Also Earnie was a heinous finisher while Morrison was quite good and I'd say Morrison showed he had more tricks in his bag.

    Morrison KO 1-2.

Depends who gets the first clean shot.
Morrison is more skilled so he got the bigger chance to.

Morrison early KO. Had the head movement to avoid the big right,
and a short dynamite left hook and speed. I think Morrison took
    Bentt lightly and got toasted.

He got carried away too much when he was swinging away at Bennt on the ropes and he paid the price for it.

Morrison by KO early. He was a better starter than Shavers.

Comeback Foreman had one of the best chins ever no way would Earnie survive even a quarter of the bombs that Foreman took from Morrison. Either way this fight isn't gonna go past 5.

if Shavers can wheather the early storm, he knocks Morrison out in the first 6

otherwise, it's Quarry-Shavers all over again

I would put my money on Shavers if I had to (better stamina, better record, 2 handed puncher)

Every fighter throws wild punches on occasion for the most part Morrison's were very short and controlled. His right uppercut was one of his best weapons.
