Who wins between these two in the mid to early 90s?

Bruno by KO early-mid rounds. Bruno had an excellent jab that would control the fight and the right over the top would find its way through Morrisons open defense and when that right lands flush it was 1 of the hardest shots in the business. Morrisons chin can't take that shot. Bruno didnt have a weak chin, it was actually very good, he took an onslaught of Prime Tysons best without going down. He just froze when he got hit earlier in his career

i'd say bruno if he can get him knocked out by 8. after that was always danger territory for frank. may be too big for morrison though.

Morrisons power bails him out. Bruno does well through the mid-rounds until his usual implosion when hit solidly.

Bruno's the bigger hitter and he never got smoked in a round by the likes of Bentt

Tommy would crush Bruno. Tommy got smoked by Bentt becuase he half ass trained, partied and slept with like 5 women during camp. Bruno does not have the most solid of chins and doesn't do well against big punchers.

If either survives the early rounds. The second half of the "Fight" Would see two weasing, heaving messes hanging all over eachother, trying to make the final bell. Terrible stamina on both sides.

Granted, but he did get up from a huge Razor Ruddock knockdown and even though Bentt tko'd him, he kept getting up until the 3 knockdown rule prevailed.

I don't recall Bruno getting up off the canvas to show some heart/fighting spirit. Ususally he was done when he hit the floor or was hurt. Remember also, Tommy went to war with Joe Hipp, and won despite breaking his hand and his jaw. That takes heart. I never saw Bruno show that kind of intestinal fortitude.

Bruno would stop Morrison he has the better jab is physically stronger and hits just as hard. Bruno via KO in 6.

Tyson floored Bruno in round 1 of their first match in 1989, and he rose to land some big shots which rocked Mike. Granted, he still lost the fight, but I don't think Morrison is making it out of the first against a prime Tyson. Bruno battled life and death for some 6 or 7 rounds against a peak Lewis, while Morrison basically got butcherd by the same version of Lennox.

Bruno was never troubled or beaten by anyone as bad as Michael Bent or Ross Purity, and defeated a peak McCall over 12 rounds, which is arguably better than just about anything Morrison ever did. Yes, I believe Tommy had more than enough power to seriously hurt and even beat Frank. But, Bruno's chin was noticeably more durable, and he possesed better skills and ring generalship. His left jab coupled with his right cross could very conceivably catch Tommy early. While its possible that Morrison could have won this, I would not use the claim of having superior toughness and durability as a reason for picking him...

The knockdown Bruno suffered against Tyson wasn't a huge knockdown. Bruno was fine and in no danger when he got up, hell he was up before Richard Steele could even wave Tyson to the neautral corner. A peak Oliver McCall? McCall did absoultely nothing in that fight, he just showed up and walked through the whole fight. He kept waiting and waiting.

Styles make fights, but here I still pick Tommy because he had a little something extra mentally than Bruno. It's not about toughness and durability but what you have on the inside that can carry one over.

    True,

But I think that if we're picking a likely winner, then Bruno is the man we need to be looking at here.
