I think Tommy is to strong for him but Cooper gives him a scare until Morrison stops him in 4

If Cooper were fighting with modern training, he would proberly be carrying more weight and muscle. Cooper had a good hook but also was KO'd (Patterson clean KO) and he had tender skin...Still if he hit Tommy with the hook he hit Ali with I dont think Tommy could handle it.....Tommy was big and strong but very shakey

I do n't think that there's any way Henry could win this.

Cooper isn't any less durable than Morrison, in addition to his monster hook he was a dirty infighter that knew how to rough a guy up. He had young Clay bleeding from the nose and bitching to the ref early, I don't think the fragile Morrison would be able to get out of a situation like that with a win.

Or perhaps more likely to fight at LHW anyway I think Morrison might well walk through Cooper

Morison was a steroid charged banger. had he been born in henrys day the duke would have been a totaly different fighter. Imagine tommy without the protien shakes, sunbeds and curly perms. he posibly would have been a peter mcneely snr or a johnny paycheck at best.

Tommy did take some good shots from Foreman, and stopped Hipp after sustaining a broken jaw. He also showed against Ruddock and Carl Williams that he could get up to win, so he did have a certain measure of resilience. If Henry takes him into deep water though, Morrison would be certain to gas. Cooper dominated Urtain, shutting the Spaniard out for his final win, and Urtain was physically the strongest heavyweight of his era after Foreman.

My guess is that Henry would use his prime experience to drag Tommy into the later rounds, and maybe use the threat of his hook as a deterrent to Morrison engaging early. The knockdown of Clay was a masterpiece of ring generalship, as he got his man coming forward with the jab, then ducked and countered. I think he'd see Tommy's shots and be able to evade and counter. After he hit his stride, he was only stopped by the very highly skilled Folley, Ali 2X and Patterson. Morrison was never at that level of technical proficiency.

morrison was a Steroid crazed Frankenstein. He was fast and explosive until he got tired. “H” would have to be wary early, not get cut and enter the later rounds. It’s a big ask but then cooper is better than all the guys Morrison kayoed early so why not?
