Why the F didnt this fight happen? And I would like to look around and get a head count of who would win?
Both were good boxers, edge to Moorer for skill, edge to Tommy for power. Both had weak chins & I'd have to say Moorer's chin was worse. Tommy would win by KO, probably after getting up off the canvas himself.
Moorer was more consistent in the bigger fights (not that it says a lot) and had a longer run. I'd go with him.
May even have been better than Smoking Bert Cooper vs Moorer or Joe "The Boss" Hipp vs Morrison. Maybe it could still happen....Yo Tommy...1 More Round
I agree I think it would be a close fight for a while then Morrison's Chin and abysmal stamina would let him down.
Well I believe even though both shared stamina problems.Morrison was very susceptible to real fighters that could punch , even some that were not to real and really was not known as punchers !And remember what an ass beating he look for the that little 200 lbs lefty Russian Yuri Vaulin I think his name was , I believe Tommy lost every round until a phantom body shot folded the little fellar over !
