If it isn't Haye vs Chisora we will all be disapointed. The hype about what actually is going to be revealed has made sure of this. Will it be? I think it will BUT the fight won't take place: at least not when it is scheduled for.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/ot...ght-Dereck-Chisora-at-Upton-Park-in-July.html What time is this press conference tomorrow cos I've got a bloody exam in the morning!
Sorry Ish, I was just putting out there is that a fight that could be made if no Burns?. Cos Mitchell surely will be on card with it being at Upton Park and it's gonna need to be a proper fight. As you say he'd be a hard fight for Mitchell really difficult.
Yep i'm gonna go to it so hopefully the undercard will be stacked, this fight would be extremely intriguing. Doubt it will happen but if no Burns i can't see Mitchell fighting a 10 rounder against a lower level opponent. Has to be a significant fight surely.
yeh all hail an extra tenner a month:roll:atsch for those who have sky sports for the footy anyway its just an extra cost. How many frank promotions were ppv a year? 2 or 3 at most. as opposed to £120 a year. The whole "2 pints" line doesnt wash. Yes sky have taken this **** in regards of boxing, an extra £10 a month? Is that a good thing???...wake up ishy. Its bad for the punter, bad for the boxer as it gets them zero coverage, and its bad for the sport as it takes away the "catch" factor, the non boxing fan can no longer be caught by the bug or randomly turning onto a fight and watching someone who might get them into the sport. Its like an exclusive club and you cant sell a product to a new generation of fan if its not available. What Hennesey has done with Fury is the way to go, Give the average public more of an opportunity to watch the sport, dont hide it away and charge for it. Sky is a happy medium. Who most have for football so is also a good platform to build a boxer and the sport, an exclusive boxing channel which charges, isnt good for the sport. END OF.
