Toney: I'm very, very, very motivated!

What sort of "evidence" do you mean? You refer to mma as if it's boxing and Toney's past accomplishments in boxing mean anything in terms of his chances in mma. It has been shown over and over in mma matches that guys who can only punch get taken down and owned by guys who can grapple. Your references to him "getting some takedown defense" clarify the point that you don't know what you're talking about because you refer to such techniques so flippantly when anyone who really knows the sport knows that that is skill that's not simple at all to acquire use particularly against skilled grapplers who have been working on their takedowns for their entire lives.

Really, everyone here who says that Toney will get owned has the huge weight of evidence behind them because whenever a pure boxer (or even pure striker for that matter) has tried mma they have been taken down and beaten on the ground where you have no evidence of anything ever happening in mma to back up your point and just refer to Toney's accomplishments in a totally different sport.
