What promoter would pay to showcase this matchup? Seems like Jones did'nt learn his lesson from rematching Hopkins when it no longer mattered. Jones ended up taking home nothing. He signed up for a share of the PPV and it ended up not selling at all. Think the matchup sold about 100k ppv's, this matchup would probably sell less.
It's sad that Roy always talked about getting out of the sport before it was too late, not fighting too long.....and he's still fighting despite the fact that he should've retired almost a decade before. I hope both of these guys don't suffer really bad brain damage. Toney's speech is already worrisome.
