    It is a mistake replying to this joke thread, got to agree there. About when any of the above happen, as far as I remember there were many talks regarding this with different articles reporting talks about Calzaghe/Jones back when Calzaghe defeated Lacy. All of a sudden past talks about Calzaghe possibly fighting others because popular and people started to publish them yet again and I ran into a lot. This includes talks from Warren his self on "No Average Joe" if you have seen it.

    Ok, you're definately thinking of someone else now. Jones first fight at LHW was in November 1996, 12 months before Calzaghe challenged Eubank.

    They were never in the frame at SMW at the same time.

    Then it was most likely Jones moving down for it or those rumors being completely crap though I remember some of them.
