Toney-Lebedev is why Holyfield should not be allowed to fight Helenius

Both Toney and Holyfield are up there with the toughest boxers ever, but they should be protected against themselves. Helenius (like Lebedev) is not exactly the next coming of Sugar Ray, but he is a pretty brutal puncher. Just watch him end a surprisingly well performing Liakhovic as well as Peter.

I respect Holyfield, but the fact that he got outboxed by a 40 year old White Buffalo before the latter gassed, says enough. Helenius will seriously hurt him. I just hope Smoger has got duties elsewhere Dec 3rd..

To put this all in perspective: The last time James Toney looked really, really good was when he was beating up on a shot Holyfield 8 years ago, and now even he's shot to pieces. Boxing's making me really sad lately.

Styles make fights, I must tell you I was not expecting Lebedev to dominate Toney but that has nothing to do with Helenius and Holyfield in most part. Both Liakhovich and Peter are different fighters and Holyfield knows where and how to be in a boxing ring with the likes of Tyson, Foreman, Lewis, Bowe, Valuev, Rahman, Moorer, Douglas, Qawi and quite many others. It's a different issue but Helenius seems to be a force of nature and he's promising.

The Toney-Lebedev fight looked like a sparring session. Lebedev never even managed to hurt Toney.
Toney is through, but it's clear, Lebedev is a bum.

Sure he is a bum.. A 23-1 record, with 17 Kos, should really have been 24-0 and he should have had the WBO belt..
And yes, Lebedev hurt Toney, just didnt manage to finish though..

TS... Helenius has stated he will NOT fight Holyfield..

Helenius might be slow, plodding and look like drunk but he is NOT a fraud who takes these old legends who are closer 50 than 30...

you are a troll who knows nothing about boxing. You predicted easy win for Toney and he got ownd. Toney was doing chicken dances almost every time Lebedev punched him.

This. I just hope Sauerland agrees, and let him fight someone else. Chisora and Banks has been hinted at, now Dimitrenko is injured(Or "injured") :deal

I agree but he wasn't getting outboxed by nielsen at all. Evander thoroughly was winning that fight upto the stoppage.

EDIT: nevermind you meant Botha, but still Evander was coming on strong

Toney was flopping around every time he threw a punch. He was clearly off balance from rd 1 yet, Lebedev still couln't manage to get him out of there.
Lebedev is a hyped bum who possesses only average skills!
    Tarver will mangle him. :yep
