Amazing that because people don't see the cut bleeding they assume that it was nothing huge.

Did you not see the size of it? Do you not think the force that caused the cut would of rocked Rahmans head?

Actually, there was a lot of blood coming out of the cut when Rahman just got to the corner, however, it was taken under control by the cutman.

That being said we have a lot of "wariors" on this board, if you know what I mean.

Yeah and Rock lost that fight via TD (because of accidental buts) which too was a very real possibility if last night's fight was not stopped.

Factor in that he's older now as well. Rahman wouldn't of quit if he could continue. People also seem to think if his eye is open he can still see!

Yea I didn't see that part, I was playing Dota alt tabbing to watch the fight. I caught when the Doctor came into the ring.

The cut looked bad, for these guys to say Rahman is a ***** is bull****, they dont know how he was feeling.

Roch has had cuts before worse than that and he has plenty of scar tissue which makes a fighter prone to cuts. Rock is a big Man....James is not. They both came in with their heads but Rock was squared up and james was not so Rock got the brunt of the blow. With that said...there is not way rock got "ROCkEd" by the butt. That wold be like a 12 yr old accidently butting me compared to a grown 200 pound man butting me the same way. I might get cut in both situations however...the force of a Big man vs a small man is a big difference.

Warriors on a message board has nothing to do with how a former champion and professional boxer should act under these kinds of circumstances. In fact Rock probably aren't too far removed from some of the clowns on this board who are saying that Rock really couldn't continue and that the cut was too sever. If any one buys that mess that Rock couldn't see they are fools.

How do you know his eye was fine?

Could of hurt his eye and made him not see. You dont know that.

But the decision was horrible, it was a headbutt. So its a NC not a TKO for JT

Eze The James Toney fans do not care about the official rules of the sport, they only want to see this man get another shot, and I say let him have it **** it, I would love nothing more than to see Toney fight Klitschko.
However he did turn down a offer to face Vitali a 60/40 split offer to fight Vitali, this is from Roachs mouth.

He was trying to manipulate the system and it failed so in a way I dont feel too bad for him, but on the other hand you still have to follow the rules of the sport.

The problem is you have too many nuthuggers that throw out the rules when it comes to **** like this becuase it favors their man.
Had the tables been turned and it was Toney who got that cut they would be demanding that they over turn the outcome, they would have countless threads asking fans to petition the commission etc..

C'mon now....If you have been watching boxing you know that cut wasn't severe enough for even the Doc to call the fight. You're right, I don't know it didn't affect his vision, but based on Rocks body language, the cut itself, the bleeding or lack ther of and his comments afterwards it was pretty damn clear he was looking for an out. Rules are rules. The butt was accidental on BOTH parties.

The cut wasn't severe enough for the DOC HIMSELF to call the fight. The DOC had to ask rock if he wanted to continue.....3 times! And 3 times Rock refused to answer...only stating that he could not see which gives the doc no choice but to call the fight as the fighter not wanting to continue. So the call was a good one b/c Rock quit.

And all these haters would be saying it should stick! Whats your point? The rules are the rules and the were enforced.

If Hasim was continuing to say that he couldn't see , then he deserved all that he got, Hasim should know what Doctors do in that situation, You make them aware of a problem , then they will just stop you in full flight. You have to convince them that your well being is good or you know full well they gonna pull you out.. Rahman i think bottled it when James started to be lively and rugged..
