Anybody that thinks Toney is going to KO Rahman is delusional, Toney all roided up can't even beat some BUM named Danny Batchlander:nut Toney is a fat 40, and has no Punch at heavy, when was the last time he KO'D anybody?? 5 ****ing long years ago:-( Rahamn beat him the 1st time and will beat his ass again..
I'll have my money on Rahman here, not too confident about it but will pick him since I believe he won that first fight and Toney was better back then. Toney also took far too many big shots his entire career and at heavyweight, he has an iron chin there's no doubt about it, one of the best chins ever but at this age it will be hard to believe he'll take those shots again. Will be really surprised if Toney beats him and really shocked if he does it by TKO/KO.
I like you as a poster, but I'm far from delusional bro, and I gave pretty good reasons as to why I feel Toney will get the KO/TKO. If you made the bold statement that Toney was going to knockout Holyfield 5 years ago people would of laughed at you and called you a noob, but look what happend, he systematically knocked out the ATG chinned Holyfield, while not in his prime by any means, noone expected that to happen. You can read my posts and draw your own conclusion, but I'm sticking by it. Scar- I agree, it's hard fight to pick a winner in, considering both are on the downslide and not too sure what type of shape either one will be in. I just think Rahman's more far gone than Peter, not by much, but enough to give Toney the upper hand in this one, Toney's dream is to become Heavyweight champ, a loss here would probably derail his dream for good, I just dont see him letting that happen.
Agreed with most everything you said:good even iron chins give out at 40, and the way Toney's speech sounds is scary:-( Rahman will win this fight:yep
I don't know why, but I have a good feeling about Rahman in this fight. I don't think he respects, or needs to respect, Toney's power.
I'm predicting Toney by UD. There's no question that both fighters are faded. However, Rahman looked good just two years ago in their first fight, but it only went downhill for him since then. Toney looked horrible that night, but he was still competitive (the draw was just imo). Rahman simply outworked Toney in the first fight, but he won't do that again. I think Toney will make an effort this time, he knows it's do or die, and show up in decent shape, so: better Toney, worse Rahman this time - equals a win for Toney to me. As for Toney knocking out Rahman, as I said I think Toney will win by decision, but a TKO is not impossible. I'm rather seeing Toney knocking out Rahman than Rahman knocking out Toney. Rahmans chin was never good, and it only got worse now - he got hurt by Taurus Sykes, who doesn't have a punch at all. Toney punhcing power is not worse than Sykes, and if he throws accurate, well-timed shots, he might wear Rahman down and a late rds TKO is not impossible.
if rahman is in form like he was for toney the first time, where he threw 1000 plus punches, he will win UD. to many of you guys forget what he did to toney in the first fight plus the fact toney is a fat POS who cant stay in shape.
If Rahman shows up in any kind of shape for this fight, he should (should, keep in mind were talking about Rahman here) win.
