Carwin Vs Toney is a match i think Toney could win, based that Carwin is a striker. And he can't win a striking game with Toney, even now. But Couture will win very easy
There is so many variables in a MMA match, that it's hard to make a prediction. Couture should win, but how much has Toney learnt in the last few months? And he would easily be the best striker in the UFC.
I would have liked to have seen Toney in with one of their better strikers. This seems like it has a pretty inevitable outcome and Coutures said, quite reasonably, that he has no interest in playing to Toney's strengths.
Carwin would ram him into the fence or put him on his back with no problems. He's got a good wrestling back ground and he's way bigger than Couture. Toney vs Dos Santos or Roy Nelson would have been good. Maybe Cain Velásquez. Toney is the wrong boxer to take a crack at UFC. I would have liked to have seen.. That guy that lost to Margarito twice.. I forgot his name, the Puerto Rican guy. He said he was interested and he knew a little wrestling already. I reckon UFC didnt want to take the risk on a B level boxer coming into the sport and doing some damage to a division. Plus hed have been a light weight and that divisions got more strikers.
This will the first and only UFC event that I will watch. Toney will knock that glass jawed bum out with the first punch landed.:deal
