for july.....read it at the site that likes to talk about boxing :yep

Im picking Toney to win.... Rahman has been slipping worse than JT...and somehow I feel that Toney will get his weight down for this fight...IF Toney looses this rematch then he should retire

    go JT !!!

Toney will win this one, Rahman is terrible now, his match against Sykes and a few others lately made me laugh, I question if he could beat the likes of Tye Fields, let alone a washed up, fat James Toney. If I had to guess, Toney will finish him in the late rounds, and finally end Rahmans career once and for all.

Not a bad match, there's still unfinished business there.
Both fighters are equally faded, the loser should definately retire - maybe the winner also, with a last good win under his belt...
But if Toney wins convincingly he should try to rematch John Ruiz and then retire.

Let's put it this way: two years ago an in-shape, fit Rahman couldn't beat Toney when he was in the worst shape ever - the draw was the right decision imo. Rahman has declined a lot since then, but Toney will not underestimate him this time - he knows it's do or die. Toney is around 240 lbs now, that's not that fat two months before the fight. He needs to do a lot of sparring to get his timing back and the weight down. We'll see a better Toney and a worse Rahman in the ring this time than in 2006, so I'll say Toney wins by UD. Hopefully Toneys inactivity won't prove fatal...

Rahman beat him the first time and will do so again. Toney is done, at least Rahman has a lot left when compared to Toney, I'll be surprised if Toney actually takes Rahman's shots this time, don't be surprised to see him hit the canvas and hard. There is also no way Toney will/could hurt Rahman, you can say all you want about his chin but he just doesn't have the power to crack it, especially not at this age.
