Klitschko of course, and he will probably knock him out late.

 

If it happened this year or next, Wlad by fairly quick and easy KO. Maybe 4th or 5th round. If it happened say, in 2006 or 2007 when Toney was still a contender in the division, I'd say Wlad by lopsided decision. Sam Peter beat Toney up in their rematch several years ago, and even outboxed him. Klitschko would have been far too large and athletic for Toney, no matter his boxing skills. Toney was tough, skilled, and reasonably quick in his first 4 years or so at heavyweight. But he's now way past it. And, even at his best, went life and death with Rahman, and lost twice officially (once legitimately) against Peter. The Ruiz fight was solid, but Klitschko beats Ruiz of that vintage easier than Toney did, probably by knockout.

 

Toney takes it via verbal tko.

Can you imagine Wlad keeping the slower ample body of Toney in range for his 1-2. Toney would be an early KO victim, EARLY!
