    A total mismatch, Vlad will knock Toney out, so would Vitali.

    wlad's length and jab would prevent toney from doing anything. toney would get stopped or maybe, just maybe, last the full 12 losing every single round.

    all they have in common is a similar height to weight ratio at this point, other than that toney does not resemble tyson as a fighter

    in my opinion the in-shape toney we saw against rahman the second time was superior to the toney that arguably beat peter the first time

    toney would still have a chance, but vlad would be the favorite with good reason

    :lol::lol::lol:

    Sorry but if you think Toney could've ever beat Wlad then either you don't know **** about boxing, or you are terribly biased. In your case i think it's the latter.

    Let's be real here. Toney is a defensive counter puncher at 5'9" with a reach smaller than an Chinese dick, slow on his feet, whereas Wlad towers over him and will just keep popping him over and over with the jab. Wlad hasn't dropped a single round to Byrd in 17 rounds; he is as good as unbeatable against defensive fighters without power.

    And that's no knock on Toney of course, as he's far above his best weight. But come on man. What do you expect, Toney has to punch all the way up, you expect Wlad to get blitzed like Sanders did? Even against him, a natural 6'4" 225lbs fast southpaw puncher, he got up ever time, yet Toney can put him out with a counter hook? And with his pressure of slowly plodding 25 punches a round, i don't think the chances of him repeating a Brewster or a Purrity are realistic either - not to mention his stamina is much better these days.

    I had Toney up 2 rounds to 1 against Rahman in the 2nd fight before the stoppage. Toney did land some big right hands on Rahman & I think Hasim was looking for a way out assuming the fight would be declared a No Contest.

    That being said I think Wlad's chin is better than Rahman's & Klitschko wouldn't let Toney inside his range like Hasim did. That's where Toney became effective.

    On another note, did anyone hear one of the announcers claiming that Rahman's jab was the best current HW jab? That was obviously a strike at Klitschko, who himself has the best jab.

    One more thing, if this fight happened Wlad would be the first to KO James. :deal

    HAHAHAHAHA... Are you going to tell me that Toney punches harder than Tony Thompson? Thompson landed quite a few flush punches and Klitschko wasn't even close to being hurt.

    Yes, that was laughable. They repeated it later and added "and perhaps the best offense as well". I don't think it was a strike at Klitschko, i think it was a strike at the dumbest sport show period. That dude in the middle even admitted he knew **** all about boxing, but was just there to be all over Toney's nuts.

    You are clueless. How many times has Toney been knocked down/out in his bazillion year career?.... what's that?.... how many?....

    They'll never fight so it really doesn't matter at this point. IF they did in Toney's prime, he would give Wlad a boxing lesson on way to a UD. Period.
