Mick never had/has much of a stable but he had a great knack of getting the right headliner for these shows.
His stance makes it virtually impossible for him to get any decent shots off. He could really do with a change of trainer.
Always thought the need for both myself. Got **** on here for it years ago for saying it. There’s massive gaps at them weights after a few pounds difference all the way up. Many men’s ideal weights will fall inbetween them. I think it’s harsh that bad luck with weights should ruin talented peoples chances.
It’s to go out after it. 90% will go out after a fight. I’d never go the boxing without a meal and night out before/after it. Better to watch on tele if not, with perfect view. I have noticed since 2009, which was my first pro show that loads are turning up proper casual these days. Don’t like it myself haha.
I’ve been to boxing with lads who’ve never wore a blazer on a normal night out but then whack one on for boxing. Never got it.
Really don`t get this discussion regarding dress. When me and my mates went to boxing it never entered our heads what we wore, just went for a good nights boxing and quite a number or drinks
Oh, blazers. Blazers are for church events, races, interviews and court. Didn’t know you meant that. Stupid that, I’m with you.
I turn up casual. Boxing is always a shithole of an event so **** getting dressed up for that. The amount of peacocking at boxing is hilarious.
It’s meant to be a night out all’s I’m saying. Hence the dressing up. If not going out after it then fair enough but personally I wouldn’t bother with that.
By the time a Warren card finishes everything is shut. I dont really get dressed up for anywhere, maybe I just dress smart all the time. Only places I probably couldn't get in are a shitty club that I'm far. too old for
