But thats like saying that Povetkin doesnt have HW power. Povetkins punches didnt have any more effect on Estrada than Adamek's. Estrada has a good beard and good defensive skills.

I like this scepticism from many users to Adamek now. Its because when he beats Arreola, he will gain more respect. I think and some people here posted it that Arreola is more comfortable opponent to Adamek. Of course he is more dangerous, because of his power, but he is bigger and slower so easier to hit. Very interesting fight to watch.

arreola cant roll but he can fight and punch like a legit heavyweight, if adamek beats arreola then he might be the real deal

Estrada is tricky for anyone with his speed and defense and it is a pretty good win for Adamek, even if he did struggle abit. So did Povetkin and he is a top 5 contender. Adamek is probably somewhere around 13-15 atm.

I agree. Just people compare Estradas face after fighting Povetkin and after fighting Adamek.

    There is from Povetkin

Adamek is naturally a smaller man. He doesn't have the right bone structure for a heavyweight, the extra pounds just slow him down. His excellent skills enabled him to clearly defeat Estrada - but Arreola is taller and thicker, just as durable, and hits much harder than Estrada.

Adamek should go back to his natural division cruiserweight where he was the champion.

Arreola will be a much tougher fight but two things Arreola doesnt have the hand speed of Estrada and Adamek will not have such a pressure to put on an exciting performance. Just winning over Arreola will be good enough.

the economy does not support quality cruiserweight fights. there is no money for good opponents. if adamek beats arreola, then he can make some serious paydays.

arreola is less crafty than estrada. he's a bigger, wider target. he'll hit much harder, but he'll be easier to hit. arreola is a different physical and stylistic test, and adamek - a world champion - can beat him.

what will arreola be like after 6 or 7 rounds? longer it goes, the better for adamek.

last night was a good learning fight. it gives adamek areas to improve. it's better than bringing in someone just to make adamek look good. this is what promoters normally do.

it's worth it to beat arreola. HBO will be on board and it'll get adamek the recognition a shot at david haye, the WBA champ.

WTF? who has estrada ever beaten? his best wins are like an older whitaker and zack page. i saw the whitaker fight and if whitaker didn't fihgt like a ***** there he could've beaten estrada. estrada is just above average as a Hw - no power- and just decent skills and handspeed. guy whould be better served at cw

I think he got an introduction into what fighting at heavyweight is like. He handled it quite well and got the win, which was important.
