De La Hoya is going for speed. So much for him weighing 160lbs when getting into the ring. I predicted around 152lbs.

    He's only 147lbs.

Mayweather must be pretty annoyed he got mugged into fighting at the higher weight then again he won and is sitting on a big pile of cash.

Not necessarily a bad move by Oscar. He probably figures power won't be the problem, it will be catching Pac. Although at 148, I'm guessing Pac will definitely slowed down a bit.

    Cheers mate.

I DO see a DLH win by stoppage around the 6th or 7th also.
Past prime DLH or not, if Pacquiao goes the distance, I'll see it as an UPSET definitely

Wow. I just heard this announced by Jim Watt and co.

I expected Hoya to weigh more on fight night, but he's probably planing to set the record straight. People are giving Manny such an advantage in the speed department, but Oscar has shown great handspeed throughout his career. It wouldn't surprise me if Oscar gets his shots off first. I still say it's going to be a stoppage inside 5-7 rounds, Oscar. :good

I hope Pac goes the distance and doesn't take an unnecessary beating. There could be a ton of great fights at 140 for him (including guys moving up from 135 & down from 147).

Pac catching a beatdown makes everone involved look bad.
