Tonight showed the difference between Joshua and Deontay

Both are limited boxers... The main difference is, I would say, that both being very tall, Joshua tends to not fight as a tall boxer (prefers hooks) and Wilder does fight as a tall guy should (is known for his straight right hand).
After this fight I would rather bet on Wilder...

 

I still reckon there's a skill disparity which will make itself apparent. We'll see though.

 

agreed. I do also think the work to Pov's body slowed him down so well done to AJ for a smart game plan. But he did get caught a couple of times!

Joshua never won olympic gold. That was a gift from british cooks. He is on roids and yes he is poor , very poor robotic boxer. That 22-0 is nothing. Please name one good boxer that joshua fought and beat in his prime.
Btw in olympics he lost 3 fights. He would have never one any medal if olimpics weren’t in London.

 

You only had to watch Povetkin's last 3 fights before AJ to tell you how he was a shadow of his former self. A good name to have on the resume, but Povetkin is well past his best.

 

No, Lennox Lewis' fans are by far the worst in boxing. Some of them (about 10%) are reasonable, but others are just beyond awful.

 

Joshua is just more proven and has been in much better fights, I think that will show when they fight.

He got his nose busted he should of been down on the card and pov’s feints were causing him nightmares that was no routine win my friend.

It's called getting through adversity. AJ took some shots but FFS it's boxing that's what happens.

 

Definitely not a routine win he had a tough time in there and was losing to a smaller man. Joshua isn't invincible, his fanboys think otherwise but rational fans know he's not head and shoulders above everyone else, the moment Joshua loses focus and looks beyond and opponent he could lose.

Still think he's currently the best in the division but an off night and Wilder KO's him or Fury and Usyk out point him. While it's great Joshua has the power and heart to turn fights around when he is struggling but he can't rely on that every time. He still has a lot to work on in regards to defence.
