Yeah cause Pacquaio would fight a dude weighing just short of lightheavy weight on fight night. Chavez Jnr weighs in around that weight. Or maybe they should do it at a catchweight like your man?

With the right gameplan, Floyd would still have the upper hand.

For another year. Two at most.

If I'm Floyd, I absolutely want that fight ASAP.

I rate Floyd highly H2H, but even an all-time great has to deal with time. For Mayweather-Alvarez, time's not on Floyd's side. He's going to slip and Alvarez (as long as he keeps his head on straight) will keep improving. If Mayweather wants that monster payday, best to make that call now.

Nelo's stamina and footwork would betray him

Canelo did not barely win. The fight was ~116-112 or 115-113. It was by no means a god damn nail biter. Canelo was clearly landing the more significant punches ALL NIGHT LONG. Yes he stopped throwing for spots (because his stamina is **** at that weight) but it's not like he was getting caught during those time periods. He would eat a few jabs and then make Trout like silly, missing punches and such. When Canelo threw... Trout was backing up. Plain and simple.

Trout weighed ~170 pounds himself. He was getting rocked, consistently. If Floyd got touched by any single one of those shots, lights out. Period.

There's no incentive for Floyd to fight Canelo. Canelo is a decent boxer with some serious pop, especially if he's popping someone who weighs 151-152 on fight night.

***I find it funny that when Floyd fights JMM he's a coward, but Floyd's also a coward for not fighting Canelo? Huh? That's the same thing... Fighters should NOT fight fighters they weigh ~20 pounds more than on fight night. Plain and simple.

Nelo finally fights a legite Smw:happy

So why does a guy that weighs 172lbs on fight night want to fight a guy that has never weighed in over 152lbs in fight night?

People said the same **** about Ortiz being so much bigger, and we see how that turned out.

Alvarez should just be thankful he got a gift tonight and call it a day.
