vitali shouldve uppercuted him then, maul him, establish himself as the bigger stronger man with the bigger stronger punch. he didn't do that one time in the fight, he was tentative and way too methodical. lennox lewis wouldve disposed of kevin johnson like bad milk simply because he did all the things ive mentioned. vitlai proved tonight he is a limited fighter, and took the same approach every time he had KJ on the ropes.

Are you saying Haye's chin is so bad that he can even get chin-checked by John Ruiz?

It's not my logic I'm just pointing to facts. The stats are there for all to see I'm not making those numbers up. And I don't recall putting anyone on a "pedostal of immortality" How? By referencing facts? It's you who desperately try to diminish the accomplishments of HW Champs (Vitali, Peter, etc) "Lefthook 89" sounds like you a southpaw born in 1989. You a boxer or just a fan like me?

If Vitaly is shot, then its all the more reason to get Haye in there.

But we all know that its not going to happen? Right?

Vitali showed signs of the age process tonight, he looked just like Lewis did when he faced him , this is the first indication that VK is nearing the end, all credit to Kevin tonight , an untested 23 fight underdog who puzzled Klitschko and cut his eye with a sneaky jab, Kevin had more balls than Arreola and Gomez. Vitali has 3 title fights left in him then i think its a great time to call it a day and what a great career.......... Kevin has nothing to be ashamed of tonight he was out of his depth and knew enough about survival and keeping the champion moving those old legs around for 12 rounds.. Johnson may have a future if he extends his boxing vocab........

You guys are all nuts. The man has yet to loose a round in his comeback (maybe one to Juan Carlos) and you guys are talking about him retiring.

Bring on Haye, Solis, and whoever looks good by the end of the year.

hard to look good against a bonecrusher smith mentality survival performance. Vitali is still the greatest, most dominant champ ever. No man has been able to offset his style, not even Lennox Lewis.

sure looked like KJ bet the 12 rd distance. good on him if he did, he earned it.
