An intelligent fighter knows not to fall right into his opponants game plan, Anderson knocks down those bjj guys (like Leites for example) but doesn't let the excitement go to his head, Fedor of course is also good on the ground but why did he risk it? :patsch Werdum clearly said before the fight "my best chance is to get him on the ground and submit him", Fedor should have taken his foot off the gas and let Werdum stand up, Werdum must have thought it was Christmas when Fedor stayed in his guard and swung away like a mad man leaving his arms all naked out there  .

Fedor has had a great run, but he made mistakes against Rogers which he didn't pay for but tonights mistake was just one too many.

P4P best...Dancer. If thats what you meant, you are absolutely correct. However, in combat sports, to be considered the P4P best...you have to do something called fighting. Unfortunately Silva doesnt do much of that.

I'd give the P4P crown to GSP, as he does a little more fighting than Silva does.

Are you taking the ****? Anderson clowns around in a few fights and suddenly "he doesn't fight"? :patsch did you see the Forrest fight? did you see the Franklin fights? did you see the Henderson fight? judging the man on a few performances of which he didn't give a sh/t but yet still walked out the cage with the victory and not a mark on him is extremely naive imo.

I'm not trying to knock Fedor, i'm just saying now people should understand why Anderson doesn't fall into these bjj experts guard when he fights them, people claim "Anderson is scared to go to the ground", but he isn't as he proved against Henderson and Marquet, he's just too smart to fall into his opponants game plan like Fedor did tonight, that's all.

Hell, everyone gets caught. Anderson Silva is the only man in the history of mma to get subbed with a flying heel hook. Even fedor was bound to get caught sooner or later.

I agree anyone can get caught, but Silva didn't make a mistake when he got caught with the Heel Hook, that was just a one in a million move, Fedor actually made the mistake of trying to stay in Werdum's guard which totally played into Werdum's hands, that's my point.

P4P GSP is the new king. Sorry fella but Anderson Silva has been ****ing around too much as of late to be the top dog. Fedor is still elite as it comes and a legend he will always be.

Fedor is an exciting fighter to watch. For an undersized HW, he takes risks, often times too many risks. For him to be undefeated for so long is a testament to Fedor.

Anderson doesnt take risks. You can say its smart but when you're fighting underwhelming opponents who have glaring weaknesses like Maia, Cote, Leites its actually embarrassing that you cant put them away. Im serious, its pathetic.

Silva is a great dancer but if hes going to make a mockery of the sport and act like a clown, then perhaps he should switch careers. Any openings for So you think you can dance or Dancing with the stars. Silva would fit right in.

Sure it was a mistake, Silva let it happen! Silva dominated that whole fight and again didn't try to put him away, big mistake. Silva showboats WAY too much and I bet soon enough its gonna happen again.
