Tonight we saw why Anderson Silva IS THE P4P BEST!!

News flash.....GSP lost. Fedor lost. Anderson has lost. BJ lost. They are still the best in the world.

 

If by long ago, you mean 3 years ago then yes, not so long ago.

GSP is a very predictable fighter but at least he brings it every fight. He mauls his opponents by using his athleticism and wrestling ability.

 

That doesn't automatically disqualify him from being ranked #1 P4P. You can't punish someone forever for a loss when he's proven so utterly dominant since. Personally, I think either Silva or GSP could be ranked #1 right now. It's a dead heat.

 

His hump and pump is effective if not very exciting.

 

I think my granmother is p4p #1 I mean clearly its obvious that she would have annililated Fedor in the first round.

 

Maybe Fedor should hire you to give him some advice. **** happens man get over it.

 

Despite the flack you are taking, I agree for the most part. Fedor screwed up. He's shouldn't have been so damn reckless.
And I could care less about Silva's submission loss. It was too many years ago.

 

You wouldn't expect someone of his caliber to fall in like that. I was watching quite stunned that he did. I would not have guessed that. When he tightened it up I kept thinking he would escape. Rookie mistake from a expert. It's fighting after all. You never know what is gonna happen. Skillz is right about that part.

 

Some people just wanted Fedor to lose because he wasn't in the UFC. Its like how they forget that Rampage was a Pride man before he blasted out poster boy Chuck.

 

GSP or Jose Aldo are more of a p4p number 1 then Silva is. Anyone who refuses to put out an effort doesnt deserve that spot.

 

He may be so used to getting out of precarious situations in the past, that he felt he couldn't be submitted. Rookie mistake for sure and likely a product of overconfidence.
