Yup, I kind of feel the same way. I do worry for MAB tonight, although you never know, he could win big and then we'd miss it. I just can't help but feel that if MAB's corner had to step in to stop it 5 years ago, how's this gonna be much different. Everybody said Pac made MAB look old back then. Best of luck and wishes for MAB tonight.

I will probably just read about the result tomorrow, I'm just hoping that the fight will turn out to be competitive.

I feel the same way. I always stay up until 6am for bouts, but I don't want to see a massacre. I'll probably download the fight tommorow. I can see it lasting 4 rounds at the most.

My honest thoughts.. Barrera looked like crap against Pac the first time.. Barrera looked great against JMM and beat him (IMO).

Eric Morales I believe had much more wear and tear on him than Barrera does now when he beat Pac, however I do feel Pac has improved greatly since his lost to Morales, mainly in using a right hook at times effectively..

Pac is a bull in the ring. Either you adjust to him and counter him, or you are overwhelmed by his speed and power.. If anyone is crafty enough to do this, its Barrera.

I don't know about not watching it, but I don't think I'll pay for it (Sopcast time). Barrera is likely my favorite ever, so I have to watch his last fight. It's kind of like how it was with Gatti, I knew he was going to lose that last fight, but I had to watch him that one last time, even getting the **** knocked out of him.

i beg to differ. barrera isn't a pushover even at this age. he's delt with soem pressure fighters and has refined his boxing game. i wouldn't be surprsed if we see barrera outpoint pacqiou for a while.

the main problem for barrera is he can't be lured into a war where the younge and stronger pacqiou has a definite edge in trading. Howvever i'm pretty sure even cory spinks can **** off barrera...

i'm a solid pac fan, but I still respect MAB's ability to make this a competitive fight. I'm not expecting a blowout at all. I'm thinking this will be a long, bloody war and both will get banged up real good. I'm expecting Manny to win, of course, but this fight aint gonna be a cakewalk.

I wish a quick end to this fight, I want Manny to go for the kill as quickly as he can, dont give Marco any chance.
