I would love to see the old man school the young lion like he did vs Pavlik.... I'm trying to see it.. but I just can't. Pavlik is a fairly predictable come-forward fighter.. Pascal not so much.. A lot of people were calling Dawson one of the best pure boxers, if not the best at 175, and Pascal outboxed him by a large margin. Clowned him even... Hopkins knows every trick in the book, and we may see him try to get into Pascal's head with some dirty tactics but I don't think the ref will be too lenient, being in Pascal's backyard. Hopkins just isn't busy enough to win a decision in enemy territory. Combine that with the huge disparity in handspeed in favor of Pascal.. At the weigh-in, Hopkins didn't look to be in great shape.. I mean.. he's never chiseled, but he looks softer than usual.. There's just so many signs pointing to a Hopkins' loss tonight... and I don't think it will even be close. I hope Hopkins proves me wrong, and someone bumps this thread later and make me look like a complete ass.
For BHop its a win win situation, for Pascal its a no win situation. If Pascal beats BHop it'll be put down to age catching up with BHop,if Pascal lose's,people will say he was overated, and caught Dawson on an off night.
