Just some observations from the Boxnation show from York Hall this evening:

    1. Buncey needs to get a new tailor; he really looked like he's packed on the timber, he actually had a 'gunt' (cross between a gut and a *unt)

    2. Ronald McIntosh is an excellent ringside interviewer; I think the he asks very relevant questions that show he was actually watching what was going on. I personally think he is just about the best in this country at the after fight ringside interview.

    3. FW is still really angry about ingrates!

    4. Boxnation has definitely improved its presentation, in just a year its become more polished and they have finally started to show pre-recorded interviews etc between the bouts.

    5. Seriously, watch the replay, it really looked like a gunt..........

    Just don't let him commentate...

To be fair, he did good for Khan getting him the world title shot 3 fights on from the KO, and he did get DeGale a Euro title shot after DeGale lost to Groves. Maybe Tony Bellew has every right to be complaining about certain things, but imo, he did come off as snotty and disloyal saying that he wanted to fight on Sky Sports. You don't say that **** when your promoter has just started a boxing channel...

Yes, they have improved for sure. Bunce needs a new intro to the Bunce Hour however.

Everyone has their strengths and although I think there are worse commentators out there, Ronalds real strengths lie in the afterfight analysis interview.

Its not an easy thing to do, but he really is good at thinking on his feet, offers excellent insight to the fight, and those he interviews usually seem to know that he is a good guy and treatg him accordingly, that way he gets better interviews.

As an afterfigtht interviewer I think he is just about the best in the business (UK).

I'm not taking sides in the whole Bellew & ****** fiasco, to be honest I just don't feel I have enough facts to make a fair judgement. I like Bellew and I enjoy his fights, I think he is definitely one of the rising stars domestically, howerer, I like ******; ok he isn't perfect, but show me a promoter who is! All I know is as a fan that he has delivered some of the best fights this country has seen in the last twenty or so years, and as a fan thats all I ask for.

And finally, yes, the Bunce Hour intro does look a bit amatuerish; they've sorted out the studio, now spend some money on the opening credits!
