Assuming we're talking about both men at their best, Jackson, after taking a beating in the first, pole-axes Ayala with one punch in the second. Ayala would fall very slowly, and not get up.
Outside of McCallum, theres no other jnr middleweight in history who could trade with Jackson, and NOT get KO'd. Ayala gets brutalized in this fight.
