Mckenzie is maybe the worst boxer to face, awkward as **** and the idea is to win no matter how you do it, WIN is all that matters, and Bellew did just that
Noticed Tony's legs looked a lot stronger then before. He still moves in a awkward manner but i felt his defense was lot better and his discipline was good. His last two performances provided criticism so i have no problems with this display at all.
Thread i made after first McKenzie bout.. http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=274957
its all well and good boxing the ears off a nightclub doorman - lets see if he can do it a decent level
Sounds like Clev is next sounded like he went to say it at one point. I said to my father during the bout ''think he's been told win tonight and you got the man from the Valley's''. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwx7lJZsq0k&NR=1[/ame]
Its a good match but the hype isn't the same. Bellew is no longer considered a puncher. Lewis, Hearns etc even if they boxed because they wanted to play it safe, they wanted to finish and would put together hard shots.
ajisafe, mckenzie, mckenzie three fights against two incredibly hard to make out fellas, no question tony will be a better boxer for them and if weight isnt an issue i think he beats cleverly. the welshman is gonna go macho as in the karo murat fight here and in my opinion come unstuck.
