i spoke to Bellew on the phone for an interview (that was fairly disastorous) since things happened out of my controll and i ended up with 5 misn with him on the phone. But he wasa student of the game and a top class guy.
Not being funny mate but your Derry Matthews interview took you 45 minutes on the phone & Bellew just ICED YOU in 5.
At last...I too have followed Tony Bellew through the amateurs and have said for sometime that he will clean up...:good
Next time i'm in the gym I may see if I could take 1 full strength body shot off him. I reckon I could take it you know, my love handles are pretty durable
do you do weights in arnies gym? bellew looks slim like he has never done weights, but he is always very strong come fight time
I dont train there or anything pal, I just go there every now and agian and hang around like a leper watching them all train. I may grunt a prediction every now and again when asked, but I know my place and just stand there normally :rofl

He is a trainer in the states mate, I ain't met the guy but know who he is so like I said it's very humbling to hear someone speak about me like that, I mean if I could do a 1/10th of what someone like Bowe has done then I'd go to my grave a very very happy man, The guy is one of my idols in a boxing ring.. For this guy to have seen him up close and met him and then say my name in the same breath as him is somethin special, I just hope I can live up to his expectations.. I'll say to him thank you again I hope to prove you correct, I do everything I possibly can to do it so it won't be for the lack of effort or determination or hunger..:good
