Never been a massive fan of Bellew before but credit where credit is due he impressed me quite a lot tonight, he stood his ground and didn't do the circling trying to win the fight off the jab and was letting the big shots go all night, the punches that dropped Brudov were great and the finishing left hook was brutal!! To be fair I agree, at times in the fight Bellew did come across quite impressive. Bar the blip where he got caught in the 7th, considering it was his 1st fight at the weight I think he done fairly well. Snappy shots, shot selection was good and all 3 knock downs were class shots. Work to be done yes, but he needs to settle in at the weight and get a few more fights under his belt.
