when it comes down to boxing ability he is leagues above clev in my book clev just has a good engine and a granite chin. bellews boxings skills are sheer quality just needs stop getting drawn in to a brawl

 

i had bellew by a round ****. knows what the judge who had cleverly by 5 rounds was watching

 

he should do 12 rounds with the judge who put it 117-112


quality performance and showed he was a man at the end of the fight.


him and clev have gone up in my estimations after tonight

He will win a significant World title in the near future.

The guy clearly loves the sport so much and looked so hurt after that decision which I had bellew by up by 1,no need to apologize to your kids or partner they will be proper proud of that mate, you have proved alot of doubters and haters wrong tonight so they can all **** off,future world champ and rematch defo in the future! If you watch the fight again it’s the case that Cleverly won his 10-9’s better.

I wanted Clev to batter him.
But Tony really made a fan out of me...great heart and better boxing ability than I thought.

Total class act after the fight, hope that he gets a rematch and some tidy pay days.

Also think that Clev should maybe have had a point deducted for low blows.

 

Well done to both fighters, cracking fight. I had Bellew winning by a couple but you can't really argue with the result apart from the rather wide margin on one of the cards - not sure what fight he was watching!
Bellew must've won a host of new fans not only with his performance in there but by being a true gentleman in defeat. Tony vaulted into world class in every way tonight, and will pick up a strap in the future.

 

Tony showed he is a world class operator and i've no doubt despite this defeat he is going to go on to make a lot of money in this sport and provide the great life that he wants for his 2 sons. I can understand his disappointment having a young daughter myself and it would be incredible to be able to take a world title home to his kids but ****** is clearly 100% behind Bellew and will make sure he gets another shot before too long.

 

I have to admit - I was one to write Bellew off before the fight, but he really surprised me tonight.

I'd happily let him stick one on me for being such a delusional c*nt prior to the fight.

Wish nothing but the best for Tony. Absolute top bloke.

War Bomber you were great tonight lad, chin up. BoxNation sucks but at least we can sleep safe in the knowledge that Bomber will be back out doing what he does best sooner rather than later, hopefully in a rematch.
