I remember hearing of a potential Froch Cleverly match, but Froch Bellew would be so much more interesting. It would be a war. Both are with Matchroom (Bellew to be announced soon), I know Bellew is good mates with him, but **** that, they'll be friends after the match anyway. We all know Bellew and Cleverly are best of mates. We now know Haye and Chisora are bosom buddies. This is one of the best fights out there in the UK in terms of all out action. Make it happen. Who would win? I personaly do not know and do not care. Just know it would be an all out war. Two absolute warriors with never say die attitudes. Different weights. Carl said it would be easier for him to go down than up. And bellew struggles to get to light heavy, just look at when he wanted to fight clev first time in short notice he couldn't get near the weight...next
I think this would an absolute belter. To be honest I wouldn't like to pick a winner. If I had to I'd say Froch gets him late, Bellew should be up at 190-200lbs, he'd be murderous up there. At 175lbs he looks anaemic, not the fighter he could be.
I mentioned this because I heard Clev Vs Froch was mooted. If he was going to fight Clev, why not Bell.
Carl wouldn't step up to Light Heavy, his normal weight is never more than 3/4 lbs at most than his fight weight. I do agree that it would be a great fight though, definitely could see the styles gel. Personally Froch would win either by stoppage or points, probably the latter.
