Bellew is boxing fluidly, circling and jabbing in rhythm as Miranda comes at him in predictable straight lines with easily countered jabs. Miranda has given up on his awkward attack from down low, probably because Bellew was chopping down at his skull too much. Bellew is putting his shots together very crisply now, getting Miranda to wilt against the ropes. RIGHT HAND BY BELLEW! He's got Miranda dead to rights, putty in his hands - and he lays off! atsch WTF, Bellew?!?! He backs off and lets Miranda free!!

Started poor, too cautious, picked up in the 6th and up until the end of the 7th there.

 

Round 8

Bellew is holding Miranda off with the single jab. Nice boxing by Bellew, but he's in a holding pattern. Miranda tries to peck his way by, but Bellew has him shushed. 1-2 by Bellew, NICE. More of that and he could end this. Uppercut by Bellew. Miranda circles to the left on the outside, giving up for the moment on trying to crack the code. Wavy left hook by Bellew to cover his movement as he passes Miranda to stay off the ropes. Double jab by Bellew. Miranda walks forward in straight lines. High slow jabs, and inaccurate rights to the body. BIG 1-2 BY BELLEW!! Miranda is rocked back, dropping his hands and shaking his head in embarrassment or to show he wasn't hurt.
