I don't think Cleverly or Bellew will achieve much at CW myself, but look at it this way.. Both have quite a large fanbase especially compared to most of the top CW's, win or lose these two moving up help put a very underrated and under appreciated division on the map - I like it :deal

Cleverly Vs Bellew is as big as it gets for both of them.

I can't see either Bellew or Cleverly amounting to more than Euro level at Cruiser. If one of them wins a world title I'd be very, very surprised. That said it'd probably be some recycled paper WBA bogus belt.

Did Kovalev take Cleverly's soul, or is Cleverly just not that good?

    Ranked, you mean?

Probably off the back of his "winning" the rubber-match with Ahumada...

Probably. but a voluntary defense against one of the belt holders at CW would be interesting, good for the division.

Cleverly retires if he loses to Bellew imo, Bellew would carry on if he lost.

Strikes me that Cleverly doesnt have much of an interest in the sport itself at times whereas Bellew seems to have a genuine love for it.

rumour has it that cleverly has a maths degree so he'll prob do something with that. Not sure why it's never emntioned when he fights.... haha

Boxrec is quite kind to Argentinian fighters if you ask me  Especially in the HW division.
