It would have been a classic.

 

Bellew easily beats Ali, he beats him to the jab and with his superior movement. Ali hangs on until the 6th due to his iron chin before his corner throws in the towel.

The mistake most of Ali's opponents made was going the distance with him, because King always had the judges paid off. Bellew would not let it get that far.

 

No contest, bellew beats him to the jab, both head and body in the first before displaying lightning speed and knocking Ali out in the second with a high speed right hand.

He would ave made just as easy work of foreman also.

Bellew's only lost really was against the p4p Stevenson who would have completely dismantle anything that came in the ring with Ali and gave him problem. Since, Bellew kept getting better almost exponentially and the Haye fight just showed that. Even if I am not British even I can see greatness in Bellew.

 

Probably not as straight forward as many would think but I think Ali wins this. I think early on there may be little happening but as it wears on, think Ali would start landing more telling punches to win late on.
If Bellew lands his bomb, he may put Ali down but I think if that happened Ali would still get up to win.
