If they fought in the near future how do you think Tony Bellew would do.

I think he'd win by stoppage. Just can't see Cleverly with his style and leaky defence being able to take Bellew's power.

clev would be a lot smarter than last night i think and probably get a decision with his better workrate , fitness and hand speed.

I favour Cleverly at the moment. Could change depending on how Bellew looks against better comp.

I like Clev a lot but he takes way to many shots (a little bit Froch like) I think Bellew will stop him.

I think Bellew has the edge here, his technique is much sharper and tight. Cleverley is sloppy in his punching technique and his defence suffers, specifically his hand positioning. I think if it gets to a shoot out Bellew's tighter punching and power would crack the Cleverley chin. If this fight comes off, I'm putting money on Bellew.

Beating guys with a handful of pro-fights and journeymen with losing records does not make a world class fighter. Team Bellew need to step up the opposition pronto!

They are at different stages at present.

    Impossible to judge.

good point, they both look good fighters, but cleverly has experience at the higher class., id say he,s more likely to meet cleverly on the way down, cleverly is very good ,but not good enough at present to beat chad dawson, or jean pascal.:good
