fair enough but you no if it was the other way round Bellew would have faced someone for the vacant title like what happened to Ryan Rhodes.
The fact he didn't vacate the title isn't an issue. He shouldn't have, I don't think. Just a point about the first McKenzie fight, I thought Bellew was in clear control and the premature stoppage hurt him too. Had the fight gone on, I think he'd have stopped him a lot clearer but because of the referees actions, that didn't happen. A shame because it gives the opinion that he needs an advantage but I don't think that is the case. The stoppage was inevitable.
Will be buzzing if your on the May 21st bill, already ridiculously excited about the Groves/Degale match. Add to that one of ESBs finest and its definitely money well spent!
I like Bellew and have rooted for him in all his fights so far exceptt against McKenzie as he fights out of my home town Derby and after the embarrassment of Uzzy Ahmed we need someone to fly the flag for us seeing as those red dogs have Carl Froch (****in bar stool could at least be a Notts County fan so I can admit he is my favourite fighter). Really hoping Tony has recovered from his injuries, really enjoyed the last fight and I'm hoping McKenzie can put him on his arse again probably wishful thinking but hey ho
