That's all we are good at, counter attacking, nothing else just counter attacking. Luckily for us you throw men up but didn't exactly try and up the tempo which suited us down to the ground.

That's why we do well against Premier League Teams but can't do **** against decent Championship Teams. Bad luck Bomber maybe next year ay.

And lightweight don't know were you got that one from

We were pathetic but well done to Reading, got what you deserved. Passion & determination in abundance - something we lacked tonight. Good luck vs City/Villa!

Tony, how's the hand? Eyeing up any dates for a return yet? (apologies if this has been asked elsewhere!)

Looking forward to seeing you parading the Lonsdale belt at Goodison in the near future :good

Sorry mate crap is a bit of a harsh word isn't it, most of us everton fans expected us to move towards the top 4 this season after last seasons good finish of only losing 3 in 22 or whatever it was and this season has been awful to say the least. We are 10th in the league but have been terrible for most of the season with about 5 games being the exception, Just frustration and anyway good luck in the quarters

Hand improving and fingers crossed, gutted for the blues but we missed Cahill and Felli massively last night, we won't go down I'll guarantee that.. The gaffer will have them with backs to the wall and don't be shocked I we turn the toon over on there own patch... ;)

Was only kidding, I understand the frustration. I have seen Reading lose to poorer lower league teams on many occasions, I was at our game earlier this season when we lost to Northampton, they played out of their skin but you can't get away from the fact that we were playing very poorly and missing so many opportunities that normally would be gobbled up.

Best of luck for the rest of season, Everton are one of my favorite clubs and you have some of the most knowledgeable and classy supporters around.

Nearly as good as when we beat Everton at Goodison a couple of seasons back with half our first team out.
