McIntosh hasn't got the heart to win this one. He struggled with that Frog for ****s sake, the guy was like a rock'em sock'em robot, ancient as well. Worst Euro champ I've seen and that's saying something.

    hahah

Always straight to the point. McIntosh has told people previously he didnt want the fight. He's bottled this one already

To be fair to him he got the call 3 weeks before and had the flu apprently but he was well beaten in his next fight

Who did he tell? and was that after the fight was announced or a couple of years ago?

Stopped by a guy with 9 stoppages in 24. Who scraped past an unheralded French journeyman this past weekend by a SD.

McIntosh has neither a good chin nor great heart in my opinion. The only thing he really has is he punches awkwardly and has a bit of a dig, the actual substance of his boxing is really poor as displayed in Cleverly, Gutknecht and even the fight where he won the title where he scored a come behind victory against a genuinely terrible Frenchman who looked like an oak tree in the ring.

Think Bellew will be far too good next week. Whether it's a war or a boxing match, I just can't see Macintosh getting a result. In fact, I'd be surprised if it was even competitive...

I've always wondered how is it possible to gain 15-20lbs in a day. Just out of interest how do you do it?

Do you just not eat for days and sweat it out (do a **** load of running and that) or do you have to drink all kinds of stuff to flush out your system and what not  and do you not feel like **** on the day of the fight ?

I only ask because my mates a pro kickboxer (same day before weight in) and he said he did about 9lbs and he said he felt terrible, he tried drinking water after the weight in and was sick and couldn't keep any food or water down for a few hours after the weight in. Luckily he felt ok the day of the fight but he said he couldn't do anymore than that.
