Huh. I just peeked at Twitter and people are being quite negative about Barclay. (asking for more body work and less monotony...)

Do they realize it was only his debut? :huh

 

Eddie Chambers is talking sense. He says for Barclay's first time without headgear and with smaller gloves, in with a tough guy who rarely ever gets stopped, he showed good poise and showed both the pluses of having an extensive amateur pedigree without displaying too many bad carryover habits into the paid game. I agree.

 

Especially with Bradley Skeete due up soon. atsch

Well, knowing absolutely nothing about him beforehand, I thought he did fine. :conf

 

I still haven't introduced myself yet. My luck so far has been getting there as he is running a class that already started. I usually just hit the bag and do some light cardio.

I hate that it almost is certain this will be a complete 36 minutes of paint drying. (with French subtitles, in black and white...)

Skeete is jabbing while leaning the opposite way, flinching as Loriga presses in and fires both hands straight down the middle at Skeete's bobbing head. Loriga tries looping in a right hand but gets countered with a left hook, right hand combo. Skeete circles out and jabs as Loriga advances with the 1-2, squared up to Skeete wherever he goes.
