Would have been interesting seeing them throwing left hooks at each other, with both their right hands splayed out like dueling lawn sprinklers.

Tony Galento felt the punches he would receive from Cleveland Williams only in fights with Joe Louis and Max Baer. And you know how those fights ended.
The "Big Cat" wins. Most likely by knockout.

I would go with Cleveland close decision….not a bad matchup, and I’m not a fan of HW’s but I would tune in.

Interesting matchup. Prob not to dissimilar to Baer Galento only Baer had a much better chin then Williams. I think Williams is the better fighter but the better fighter doesn’t always win as Williams lost to hard hitting Satterfield. Galento by KO is most likely

Be a fan’s type of fight. Lots of hard punches thrown.

Williams defense wasn't the best, but it was world's better than Galento's. He actually showed some fine defense against Liston and at one point, slipped his jab, got inside rapidly quick, and fired off a brutal combo.

Galento just might've been the most open heavyweight I've ever seen at the contender level.

Oh is the 20 year old Williams facing Galento as a last second substitute? In that case Galento might get him.

It’s a reference to Williams chin not his skill set. He was a more skilled fighter than Galento but let’s face it he doesn’t have the best track record against anyone w reasonable power. Galento was a lot of things but one of them wasn’t feather fisted
