Willard takes it. Too durable if Galento can even land, which he won't land much considering he'd be punching up and his hook would lack as much steam as it normal had because of that.
Galento knocked out his fair share of big men and giants. In fact, he liked fighting the big ones. But Willard was a different class, real strong and durable, and a good boxer. I think Willard wins it on points, or slowly batters Galento's face into a gory mess.
