I would favor Chris by quite a bit. He really only got beat by better athletes and champion level heavies of which Tony is neither. He was more skilled and more fundamentally sound. Tony got beat a lot and often by lower tier guys.
Galento fought like Tank Abbott, an MMA fighter. He was unbelievably crude and amateurish looking. Arreola at his best would have taken him out with ease, and I think Arreola was an awful fighter with a paper thin resume. He at least had some understanding of the fundamentals of boxing.
