I'm growing more and more convinced that Harrison is taking it easy on him as professional courtesy.

Smith isn't playing nice, though, either doesn't understand what Harrison is doing for him or doesn't care; he's still trying his damnedest to rip Harrison's face off. :sisi1 Be careful, Shay, don't look a gift horse in the mouth!! :sconf:

    Round 10

Harrison is riding his bike, rowing the jab out firmly into Smith's face, just enough to score but not following through enough to stun his opponent and not looking to set up any subsequent offense. Smith is walking forward, winging body shots, clobbering at the head whenever he's remotely in range - but Harrison's gas tank is 10x fuller and he's able to stay totally clear of the veteran, content to pot shot him with jabs while leaving footprints on every inch of the ring.

    10-9 Harrison

    100-89 Harrison

Solid performance from Harrison, against a knife that was already pretty dull to be fair. Smith fought his heart out.

I always had high hopes for Harrison, it seems like he's got his one GLARING flaw worked out.

Yeah, I'm 100% settled on that narrative, and my hat's off to Harrison for showing incredible maturity and sportsmanship. A lot of guys might've thought "Oh yeah? I carry you the last two rounds and you still tossing haymakers at my face? Well, GUESS WHAT?!" and put Smith to sleep, but Harrison just kept smiling, moving, and lightly jabbing. Class act.

So in the future when he is sitting his grandkids on his lap and saying "you know, I fought x times and never got stopped...", Ishé needs to mouth a silent "thanks bruh" to Harrison.

Wow, all the people that forgot this card was on tonight, or watched ShoBox instead, or just didn't want to give Brown Sugar their cc info - they're going to all wake up tomorrow morning and see the result on BoxRec and, if they don't read the RBR, have no idea how misleading that SD is.

Damn, this is going to be a great example of a fight fans are going to look at in 25 years and think it was a competitive bout blahblahblah :hang

I'm flabbergasted. I can't decide what is worse, that scorecard or the Guainella vs. Habachi draw earlier today.

It was competitive at points...and not necessarily easy. But as Austin said, it was obviously a Harrison win...except to Morretti.
