    Round 5

Tabiti is starting to find holes to lave the face of Kayode with lengthier straight combos prior to getting pushed down or grabbed into a bear hug. Tabiti letting his fists go and then wisely covering up and bracing to be swallowed into Kayode's wheelhouse, bending his neck to mitigate the rabbit punches.

    10-9 Tabiti

    50-45 Tabiti

    Round 6

Tabiti is continuing to do his thing, setting up with double jabs, growing visibly in confidence and beginning to stand up a little taller, fortifying his position, resetting to keep tagging Kayode with straights while scuffing his feet backwards, and slinking his way clear of grab & pound attempts - until landing a PEACH of an uppercut. Kayode goes to a knee and rides the full count of Kenny Bayless!

    TKO6!!

That was a great uppercut in an otherwise pretty mediocre bout. Props to Tabiti for getting a mauling older vet trying to play spoiler out of there. Can Harrison do the same in the main event?

I Got The Hookup (1998), I remember that movie coming out.

Interesting view into a different time. Having a cell phone the size of a box of Eggos made you the most gangsta dude on the block.

Trout was calling for that uppercut...and now we see why. Good call by No Doubt.

    No Doubt KSAB. :deal:

Like I said, I really hope the switch from in-ring combatant to full time color analyst comes soon.

If he incurs a loss to yet another Charlo bro, that will be an 0-3 skid, which seems as suitable a time as can be for that career jump.

edit: didn't realize he fought on the Alexander vs. Ortiz undercard and picked up a W. Still, though. Unless he scores the upset he should call it a day.

I like Harrison's mindset coming into the fight. A good one to have.

Yeah, even though he's acquitted himself well against Jermall and Hurd, and likely will do the same against Jermell, I'd like to see him make the transition to full time commentary soon. He has a nice mix of knowledge and laid back personality. Plus he knows and loves boxing.
