Tony Harrison vs. Jermell De'Avante Charlo II & Jhack Tepora vs. Oscar Eduardo Escandón Berrío RBR

1. The commentators were goofing it. The fight was razor close and Charlo was coming on strong late in the fight.

2. The Charlo’s are pros and have put in a ton of work to improve as fighters and have some of the best conditioning in boxing.

3. Charlo should fight J Rock and Harrison should fight a contender. If they both win, they can start thinking about a third fight. If Harrison fights Lubin, he gets taken out.

 

So who else does Charlo make money with at 154? He can't beat Hurd or J-Rock. Actually I think Hurd is moving up, Muniga just moved up. Who else is there for Charlo to make good money with at 154 besides a 1-1 trilogy fight with Harrison. I guess Charlo can move up too, but he goes nowhere at 160 imo.

 

Wth are you talking about CJ? Give the man his due he won fair and square and stopped the man. Why the hate?

 

Who said he can't beat Hurd of J-Rock? Why are those 2 levels above him? J-Rock is not nearly as sharp as Harrison. And Charlo seems tough as nails, don't see Hurd stopping him, could be similar to J-Rock/Hurd.

 

Charlo was getting his ass handed to him. If he's anything of a man he'll agree to a decider. Sadly I dont think he will I knew his trainer Derrick when he was fighting out of Curtis's gym in Dallas he lacked the necessaries too

 

I had Charlo winning the first fight so if going into the rematch needed to look a little different for Charlo it needed to look like this:

back away from Harrison. Harrison claimed to be " living rent free " in Charlos's head. But Charlo allowed Harrison to live in his own head with all the smack talk. Charlo backing up. Harrison isn't actually walking him down. He's following a puncher ! He needed to keep his distance like the first fight . Harrison lost the first fight but survived the distance by keeping away. Harrison said he would fight Charlo in the bathroom which is a lie. No room to survive in a bathroom! He believed he could with Charlo backing up. Had Charlo backed against the ropes and got too close. Traded hooks kinda...
Seemed like a counter hook and game over.

If they fought again Charlo just needs to bulldoze him. Don't let him breathe and watch him wilt away.

didn’t Hurd get beaten recently? I remember half watching it in the gym..... or maybe I dreamt it. Legit question.

 

Are you forgetting who the original champion was? Show me how many immediate trilogies have happened after the original champion knocks out the other guy in the rematch.

 

Figures you simply cant give a fighter you don't like their due when they win. You just don't have it in you. He won fair and square by stoppage yet you're still crying smh.
