    Just to clarify...

    I gave Harrison rounds 6 and 7.

The only rounds I gave to Charlo were 2, 4, and 8.

However, I could see 6 and 7 swinging to Charlo. And, if one were to award 6 and 7 to Charlo on top of the three rounds I (and coincidentally, all three judges) gave him, then he's ahead on the cards due to the KD.

Alright, fair...but you can see why many of us thought Harrison won every round in which he kept upright, based on cleaner (if less voluminous) work, yeah?
Whereas, (potentially fudged) stats aside, there's no justification for the pair of wider 96-93 judges' cards in his favor.

All this talk about scoring notwithstanding, I think a rubber match is in order, if Charlo isn't able to unify with J-Rock next time out.

I will concede that 96-93 Charlo is a round wide of my acceptable spectrum of cards, which would have been Harrinson 97-92 to Charlo 95-94. I felt pretty confident in giving Charlo the 8th; and I don't think the stats were that skewed, even if Harrison appeared to hold a wider edge. Charlo was getting some work done as well, even if it wasn't being noticed by everyone.
